Tuesday Advanced Beginner Yoga

Yoga ClassTuesdays from 7:00 – 8:15 PM

You are welcome to arrive: in person, 6:45 PM and if on Zoom, 6:55 PM

This 75 minute class is perfect for you if:

~ presently run, go to the gym, hike or practice martial arts, etc.

~ you are an active, always-on-the-go kind of person

~ you would like to integrate a stretch & strengthen modality into your active lifestyle

~ desire a different type of self-care

In this class you will be lead through flows of poses designed to warm the body using gentle to moderate and progressive movement, and this class includes simple breath work laced with a bit of meditation before Savasana (final relaxation pose).

ZOOM Hybrid yoga classes are TUESDAYS  from 7 – 8:15 PM;

YOGA CLASS RATES ARE $23 for drop-ins

For home practice, please have a yoga mat or towel, two blocks, a blanket, a yoga tie/belt for practice.

Optional bolster/pillow for under knees for final relaxation, as well as an eye pillow.
