Tuesday Gentle Hybrid Yoga is perfect for you if:
- you’d like to slow down
- you’re recovering from an injury or surgery
- you are a super-active, always-on-the-go kind of person
- you’re looking to support strengthening your bones
This class consists of warming the body using movement and breath, laced with a bit of focus and meditation. Strengthening and balancing poses as well as toning the core are part of each class. Savasana (relaxation pose) is always a luxurious fifteen minutes!
Add an eye pillow if you have one, and sink into a state of deep and complete relaxation; the kind that restores and replenishes your body, mind and spirit.

Please have a yoga mat or towel, two blocks, a blanket, a yoga tie/belt for practice. Optional bolster/pillow for under knees for final relaxation, as well as an eye pillow.
